    One revision is included with every custom order, and a second may be available depending on the project. If there's a significant mistake, I'll absolutely correct it before your artwork is completed.

    Because each portrait is made from layered cardstock and premium vinyl—not paint—I'll select materials that best match your pet while maintaining the depth and style of the artwork.

    The more reference photos you provide, the more accurately I can match your pet's appearance.

    You're welcome to request:

    • Colored paper backgrounds

    • Metallic tin backgrounds

    • No background

    • Specific color palettes

    If you don't have a preference, I'll choose colors that best complement your pet and the overall design.

  • Not exactly—but they'll be as close as possible.

    Because I work with layered paper and vinyl instead of paint, exact color matching isn't always possible. My focus is on creating a portrait that immediately reminds you of your pet by capturing their markings, personality, and overall appearance.

    Providing multiple clear photos helps me achieve the closest possible match.

  • I use simple, standard-size frames whenever possible.

    This allows you to easily replace the frame later if you'd like to match your home's style or décor.

    Frame details will always be listed on the individual product page.

  • Digital portraits are custom artwork delivered electronically.

    After placing your order:

    1. Upload your pet's photos.

    2. I'll create your portrait.

    3. You'll receive a high-resolution digital file within approximately 3 business days.

    You can print it yourself or through your favorite print service.

    No physical product is shipped unless you've ordered a printed version.

  • Absolutely. I can combine multiple reference photos into one portrait, making it possible to create artwork of pets who may have never been in the same photo or to recreate a cherished memory.

    For the best results:

    • Upload multiple clear photos of your pet.

    • Include photos taken in natural lighting whenever possible.

    • Choose a photo that shows the pose you'd like your portrait to use.

    • If you'd like me to combine details from multiple photos, simply include a note with your order or send me a message explaining which features you'd like me to use.

    The more reference photos I have, the better I can capture your pet's colors and personality.

  • Estimated creation times are:

    • Digital portraits: approximately 3 business days

    • Layered artwork: approximately 5 business days before shipping

    The number of pets depends on the artwork size:

    • Small: 1 pet

    • Medium: Up to 2 pets

    • Large: Up to 4 pets

    Each additional pet is $10.
